Our client is seeking a bilingual Counter Sales Representative to join our team in Kansas City, MO 64127. As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process. Bilingual English and Spanish speaking is required.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of products
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Use the phone to help customers and take orders

Skills
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast paced environment
- Must have valid driver's license and be legally able to work in the United States
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management
- Exceptional customer service skills with proven sales/customer service record
- Ability to understand mechanical parts and how they work
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing transactions
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficient in English and Spanish for effective communication with customers and team members
- Ability to lift and move stock as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
