We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in developing and executing strategic plans to expand our market presence.
Duties:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, pricing strategies, and project plans
- Conduct negotiations with clients to secure contracts and close deals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential business opportunities
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities and manage customer interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor analysis
Experience:
- Proven track record in business development or sales roles, preferably in the [industry]
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
- Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and strategic planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
