INDEPENDENT FIELD SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Our web-based software provides search and rescue, fire-fighting, law enforcement, emergency management and community activity organizations with tools that help with team member resource management, event planning and control, communication and documentation. Mission Manager seeks an experienced independent Field Sales Representative to drive sales of its Mission Manager cloud-based software platform.

The position will be based in and serve as Mission Manager’s business development and sales resource throughout the Southeastern United States (FL, GA, AL, MS)(respectively, the “Territory”).

Credentials and Experience

• Minimum five years of direct selling and business development experience in software, first responder, or government funded related industries, showing a demonstrable track record of business-building results in new product introductions and market vertical/segment development
• First responder or emergency management experience, including service as a volunteer or reserve officer with mission leadership experience in law enforcement, fire-fighting, search and rescue, disaster management or EOC operations is extremely helpful.

Compensation

Mission Manager offers a performance based compensation package which includes competitive commission, expense reimbursement, and equity participation plans.
