Service Advisor w/ Strong Customer Service Skills & Auto Parts Knowledge Needed

$$ Earn $50,200/yr to $65,600/yr $$ (based on experience)

Our very busy dealership is NOW HIRING a Warranty Service Advisor for our service department. In this position you will assist our customers with scheduling their automotive repairs, explaining what repairs are and are not covered under warranty, assisting with parts purchases, completing repair order paperwork and assisting the Service Manager as needed.

Ideal Candidates:

-Strong customer service skills are required

-Automotive Industry knowledge required

-MUST be Bilingual (English/Spanish)

-Must have check-engine light knowledge

-Must have good organizational skills

-Warranty knowledge a PLUS!

-Excellent communication skills

-Great people skills are needed

-Ability to de-escalate issues and reassure customers

-Good phone skills and customer follow-up skills

-Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment handling multiple projects

-Must have a valid driver’s license

-Must be team oriented

-Must be on time and dependable

Responsibilities:

-Determining the priority of service needed

-Holding phone calls with 4 different locations

-Setting appointments while communicating with Shop Foreman

-De-escalating customer related situations
