Compass Truck Sales and Truck Rental are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to accelerate growth in our new dealership in Indianapolis.
This individual will be responsible for meeting sales quotas, while providing the highest level of service to our customers.
Position Requirements:
- Trucking Experience (1 year minimum)
- Driven to achieve sales quotas (competitive drive)
- Excellent customer service skill, willingness to go above and beyond
- Provide solutions to customers based on customer needs and requirements and company policies
- Monitor the trucking industry for the latest trends
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Motivated and self-driven, have great attitude and ongoing personality
-Willingness to learn and be mentored to become a Sales Branch Manager
Experience:
- Sales experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Trucking Experience: 1 year (Required)
Salary: Dual, paid by both Compass Truck Sales and Compass Truck Rental and Leasing
