Job Description:
Roto-Rooter is seeking a motivated and driven Water Restoration Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in generating sales opportunities for water mitigation and restoration services. You will be responsible for developing customer relationships, assessing property damage, and offering expert solutions to guide customers through the water restoration process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site assessments to evaluate water damage and restoration needs
- Present tailored restoration solutions to customers and explain service options
- Close sales effectively by building trust, clearly communicating, and addressing customer concerns
- Coordinate with the water restoration team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales and project lifecycle
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM system
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in a service-related industry (plumbing, construction, home improvement, water restoration, etc.)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to diagnose water damage issues and propose the best restoration solutions for customers
- Ability to work independently and focus on achieving sales goals
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of water mitigation and restoration services is a plus but not required; we offer extensive training
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Pay: $60,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
