This position will involve servicing and general administrative duties by processing work associated with Contract and Commerical surety units. The Surety Account Coordinator will take direction from the Account Executive with respect to issuance and renewal of bonds, bid results follow up, producer accounts and other special projects or duties as requested.

Responsibilities

Prepare and execute bonds and other documents for delivery to clients
Follow workflow with regards to commercial bond executions, renewals, cancellations and riders
Ability to take direction and execute the requested work in an efficient manner and review work for accuracy
Capable of working in a fast paced setting, and ability to adjust based on the workflow demands
Be able to review specifications along with requests from clients to execute bid bonds accurately and with no mistakes.
Gain an understanding of the elements of a financial file to be able to look at documents and e-file them properly within the clients financial paper per established guidelines
Gain and understanding of contract surety including bid, performance, payment bond, consents of surety and bid letters

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
