**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships.

We are looking for a select individual to add to our sales team. The first year income 50-75k, with top performers earning six figures. We are one of the fastest growing companies in our industry. Experienced sales representatives preferred, but we will train the right individual.

Some college or equivalent sales experience is a plus.

**Duties:**

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and evaluate their needs

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication

- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients

- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets

- Analyze sales data and trends to optimize performance

- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in home improvement

- Strong negotiation and account management skills

- Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends and customer behavior

- Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach

- Willingness to travel for outside sales meetings
