Job Overview:
Eleven Optical is looking for a friendly and energetic individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and excellent communication skills. We are focused on creating a great customer experience and providing vision with style.
Responsibilities:
- Recommends proper frame styles and lens choices to customers.
- Ensures patients have proper fit and measurements for all lens types (single vision, bifocal, progressives).
- Helps patients with adjustments.
- Remains up-to-date on products offered and discuss available options.
- Verifies patient insurance and explains their benefits.
- Promptly resolves customer complaints by recommending the right solutions.
- Cleans & organizes glasses displays and shelves to maintain store's visual appearance.
-Helps with other office tasks.
Qualifications:
- Experience as an Optical Sales Representative or relevant role is a plus
- Proficiency in English & Chinese
- Hand dexterity, and eye and hand coordination for hands-on work with frames
- Highly motivated and target driven to achieve sales goals
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
- Friendly and energetic personality
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- High school degree; Bachelor's degree is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
