Job Description:

As a Solar Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, educating potential customers about the benefits of solar energy, and closing sales. You will work closely with homeowners and businesses to assess their energy needs, provide customized solar solutions, and guide them through the installation process. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for renewable energy, and a drive to succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including door-knocking, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with potential customers to understand their energy goals and provide tailored solar solutions.
  • Present product demonstrations and educate customers on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to learn and grow.
  • Communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Able to speak both English and Spanish is a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge of solar energy systems, financing options, and incentives is a plus but not required.
