As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team and help drive our sales efforts. Experience is not necessary, but the hunger for success is.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients and new clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building customer relationships. Experience in selling to smoke shops, dispensaries, or vape shops is highly preferred.
This position offers an hourly base pay along with UNCAPPED commission opportunities. Sales experience is not necessary, but you must come with a hungry attitude!

DAILY DUTIES
- Ability to dial at least 80 calls in an eight hour day.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base through cold calling, appointment setting, tradeshows and store visitations.
- Close sales by building rapport with potential buyers and clients; explaining product, overcoming objections and negotiating price/contract terms with clients
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Process sales orders.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build brand awareness.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Possess a drivers license.
- Ability to easily learn sales technology, such as CRM software, social media and spreadsheets.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in email communication and web research.
- Must possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and self-directed.
- Must be able to travel.
NICE TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior experience with selling to smoke shops, vape shops and/or dispensaries is a plus, but not necessary.
- Experience with cannabis, hemp and/or nicotine vape products.
