Job Description

Elevate Dental Partners is excited to announce that due to our growth, we are looking for an experienced Dental RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) Manager to join our team in our Denver headquarters.

The right candidate will provide strategic planning, leadership skills and ongoing quality and process improvement for revenue associated with operating activities. You will report directly to the Director of RCM and oversee a remote RCM team. This leadership position requires a thorough understanding of revenue operations, insurance verification, billing best practices, compliance regulations, credentialing, and team support. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate and timely revenue collection while maintaining a strong focus on customer service and enhancing overall department performance. This role will require you to provide regular reports and analysis to executive leadership to drive business strategies and objectives.

Compensation:

$75,000 + bonus

Responsibilities:

  • The RCM Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the team including but not limited to:
  • Monitoring team performance & quality, and supporting them to consistently reach KPIs (key performance indicators)
  • Working with team members to ensure accurate and timely billing, and reach 90% of accrual collections at 4 weeks after production, and insurance DSO average of 20 days or less
  • Helping support offices patient A/R collection process, to achieve an average of 30 DSO
  • Working with insurance payment posting team to achieve a 98%+ posting rate daily
  • Managing third-party vendors to maximize their results and guarantee expected outcome
  • Analyzing reports and KPIs to take action to improve or maintain results
  • Identifying areas of improvement in current processes, recommend & implement solutions, to streamline the workflow and enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintaining SOP up to date.
  • Supporting office team members with side projects as needed and working with RCM team to successfully achieve expected results.
  • Providing excellent customer service to all team members, including offices, and achieve a minimum of 4/5 score or higher from weekly satisfaction surveys
  • Leadership and guidance to the team members
  • Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Strengthening communication flow between RCM and Operations
  • Traveling to offices may be required at times

Qualifications:

  • Two+ years of experience in dental revenue cycle management.
  • Five+ years of experience as a dental office manager
  • Vast knowledge of dental verification of insurance, claim submission best practices, claims collections acceleration & posting process accuracy, patient A/R collections improvement, credentialing, payor relations, and team management & leadership.
  • Proficient in dental coding and terminology
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills and able to make timely decisions
  • Experience leading a remote and/or on-site team
  • Project management skills, and high-level of detail & organizational skills
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills

Work Location:

  • Hybrid: 1 – 2 days remote with remaining in the office (Union Station)
