Job Description
Duties include Audio Visual inside sales for the Knoxville region which includes identifying target opportunities, contacting and following up on potential leads, and increasing revenue.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify, contact and convert assigned venue sales leads into quality clients.
2. Identify, contact and convert Knoxville region sales leads into quality clients.
3. Pursue target markets with enthusiasm and focus.
4. Represent the company with integrity and purpose.
5. Understand industry trends to identify potential opportunities for future company growth.
6. Join Weekly Sales Meetings & Report results to management weekly.
7. Utilize CRM to update the pipeline on upcoming sales (larger events).
8. Technical Support Roles as needed at assigned venue.
Accountability:
The Sales Executive is accountable to the Director of Sales & Marketing. Secondary accountability is to other senior management team members and customers of the company.
Requirements
Qualifications:
1. Experienced hospitality salesperson with demonstrated success in business-to-business sales.
2. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
3. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
4. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing.
5. Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic.
6. Knowledge/experience in professional audio, video, lighting equipment and production services.
7. Maintain a proper professional appearance.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with quick turnaround time.
9. Ability to work as part of a partnership team and handle all types of personalities.
