- Located within commutable distance of our Bloomfield, NJ office.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience needed.
- A strong interest in sales is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

- Extremely coachable with a willingness to receive and implement feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Raises awareness and generates interest in Atlantic, Tomorrow's Office through cold calling, emails, and social outreach to prospective customers.
- Schedules initial discovery calls for Account Managers.
- Meets or exceeds assigned daily activity minimums of 100 cold calls and 50 emails.
- Social sells and prospects daily, continuously identifying new accounts and potential clients.
- Manages own book of accounts and sets the strategy for effective book management.
- Provides constructive feedback on improving effectiveness and efficiency within the SDR role to SDR Managers and Sales Enablement.
- Collaborates with team members to share and learn from best practices.
- Maintains records on the companies CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and keeps up to date metrics.
Compensation:The OTE for this role is $90,000.
