The Senior Marketing Lead will work hand-in-hand with our sales organization to drive marketing efforts for target Hospitality brands and Public/Private businesses (Bars, Restaurants, Offices/Lobbies, Retail) - including management of media programs (paid, owned, earned), event activations at B2B tradeshows, and sales enablement efforts.
This is a high-energy role for a well-rounded business professional that can hit the ground running and drive results immediately. This role is demanding given the dynamic market landscape, and will allow the right candidate the opportunity to make a big impact in a short time as they grow a critical channel for DISH. Candidates should thrive in a fast-paced and ever changing environment with a high capacity to multi-task and handle tight deadlines on a daily basis.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Support the development of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for DISH Business, collaborating closely with internal sales teams, external sales partners, and marketing agencies to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal sales teams to understand market trends, customer needs, and sales goals, leveraging this insight to inform marketing strategy and execution plans
- External Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with external sales partners, including resellers and channel partners, to drive alignment and maximize the effectiveness of joint marketing efforts
- Agency Management: Serve as trusted day-to-day contact for marketing agencies and vendors, providing strategic direction, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives
- Campaign Management: In partnership with DISH Business AOR, support execution of integrated marketing campaigns across a variety of channels to generate leads, drive customer engagement, and support sales efforts
- Content Development: Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop compelling marketing collateral, sales enablement materials, thought leadership content, and other assets to support the sales process and drive demand
- Performance Measurement and Optimization: Track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, analyze performance data, and iterate on strategies to optimize results and maximize ROI
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience with expertise in B2B brand management, demand generation, and digital campaign best practices
- Previous experience working with creative teams (briefing, reviewing creative, etc), internal or external, strongly preferred
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrates a proactive "get it done" attitude, eagerly rolling up sleeves and jumping right into tasks and challenges without hesitation
- Proven track record of successfully collaborating with internal sales teams, external partners, and marketing agencies to drive business results
- Proficient in designing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing (social, search, email, programmatic, content syndication), industry media outlets, events, etc.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing plans
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing tools and technologies; hands-on experience with HubSpot highly preferred
The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location. Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
