Job Description
Candidate will be joining a fast-paced environment with an experienced team. They will be responsible for providing inside sales/customer sales service functions with a focus on order entry, phone/email quotations as well as coordinating directly with the shipping department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Inside Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Pricing, order entry and expediting
- Assist/quote customers over the phone & by email
- Work with warehouse to prepare shipping documents
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1 year of customer service
- Demonstrated people skills
- Demonstrated ability to use and work with Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bilingual English & French required
Preferred:
- Experience working with a wholesale distribution channel.
- Familiarity with electrical components
