Marmol Export is a leading provider of natural stone and tile products in Southern California, serving the area for over 30 years with a commitment to quality and a vast selection of materials. With locations in Anaheim and San Diego, we provide over 160,000 square feet of stocked items, including hundreds of stone options, and specialize in cut-to-size projects. We are looking to expand our team with a dynamic, experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth.
Position Summary:
The Sales Manager will oversee and implement sales strategies for natural stone and tile products, manage the sales team, and build strong relationships with key clients, including interior designers, contractors, and architects. This is a unique opportunity for a sales professional with a background in building materials or related fields to make a significant impact on a growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, providing coaching to enhance performance.
- Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with clients across construction, interior design, and renovation sectors.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including sales targets and team performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and promote a cohesive company strategy.
- Conduct regular market analysis to adapt sales strategies and stay competitive.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in natural stone, tile, flooring, building materials, or related industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and growing revenue.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a sales team.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with a network in construction, interior design, and/or home improvement sectors.
