Job Description
Staffind LLC is a staffing company looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in staffing, and able to acquire new contracts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Identify businesses that have a shortage of employees that we can staff
- Client Acquisition: Implement effective strategies to attract new clients. Creating proposals for prospective clients, manage the negotiation process, and closing contracts for staffing is a bonus.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, staff, and owners of Staffind LLC.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the internal team to ensure alignment with business goals. Share market insights and client feedback with the team to improve service offerings and operational efficiency.
- Reporting: Send weekly updates to owners of Staffind LLC
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude, coachable, and strong character
- 5+ Years of experience in staffing, sales, or a related role is highly desirable
- Disciplined work ethic, and ability to thrive in a commission based role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
- Well networked for staffing opportunities
- Eager to grow with Staffind LLC
- Ability to staff hospitality, healthcare, or both
