Job Description

Staffind LLC is a staffing company looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in staffing, and able to acquire new contracts.

Job Responsibilities:

Strategy Development: Identify businesses that have a shortage of employees that we can staff
Client Acquisition: Implement effective strategies to attract new clients. Creating proposals for prospective clients, manage the negotiation process, and closing contracts for staffing is a bonus.
Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, staff, and owners of Staffind LLC.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the internal team to ensure alignment with business goals. Share market insights and client feedback with the team to improve service offerings and operational efficiency.
Reporting: Send weekly updates to owners of Staffind LLC

Qualifications:

Positive attitude, coachable, and strong character
5+ Years of experience in staffing, sales, or a related role is highly desirable
Disciplined work ethic, and ability to thrive in a commission based role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
Well networked for staffing opportunities
Eager to grow with Staffind LLC
Ability to staff hospitality, healthcare, or both
