Role Overview:
We are seeking a sales-driven Full-Time In-House Sales Representative to enhance our dynamic team. We are interested in professionals who have a proven track record in sales and a passion for advancing their career. While a background in drapery hardware is not required, we value an eagerness to learn and excel. Our client base includes interior designers, suppliers, architects, and resource centers. We need professionals who can manage complex orders with skill and expertise.
Job Description:
Spearhead our sales initiatives by proactively following up on leads, quotes, and engaging with potential clients to drive sales.
Prepare and present detailed and accurate sales proposals, including custom work orders.
Offer consultative advice to clients, guiding them towards design solutions and products that align with their needs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Hit and exceed sales targets, contributing significantly to the team's and company's overarching sales objectives.
Stay informed about market trends and product innovations to effectively compete in the industry.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Exceptional ability to engage and persuade potential clients, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Professional demeanour and polished appearance.
High level of initiative and drive, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple sales processes simultaneously.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome sales challenges.
Computer proficiency is a must. Excellent command of MS Office Suite will be considered an asset.
