As one of our Transaction Coordinator, you'll be able to communicate effectively in all forms and possess experience in data entry, clerical work and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. With your unwavering dedication, you'll establish relationships with our ever-growing clientele providing value and insight.

Daily, you will do the following:

  • Keep internal CRM up-to-date and record various customer interactions
  • Verifying contacts and maintaining integrity of internal systems
  • Making sure all codes in the process matches to the order
  • Collecting customer payments including: (credit/debit, wires, PayPal and alternate financing sources.)
  • Auditing internal accounts
  • Maintain communication with customers and follow-up during the sales process
  • Collecting documentation such as delivery documents, charge receipts, and tax forms
  • All other duties as assigned.

To excel in this role, you'll bring an energetic, resourceful, and dedicated approach to customer success.

You will also need:

  • Strong written and spoken English is required
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills are necessary
  • Ability to follow up with new and existing customers, contact customers and collect payments/documentation
  • Ability to think quickly and adapt to customer questions
  • Previous phone experience, data collection/entry and experience with DocuSign are preferred
  • Attention to detail, customer service, and organization skills
  • CRM experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
