Excel Career College opened as a computer college in 1989. Since then, the curriculum has expanded dramatically, but our focus has remained the same: To provide relevant training to get you into the workforce quickly.

Excel is PTIB Designated and maintains representation in the BC Career College Association, including representation on the BCCCA Board. The College is a designated institute through the BC Student Assistance Program(Student Aid BC), and all diploma programs offered at Excel qualify for funding options.

Responsibilities:

-Conect with perspective students by phone calls, emails, and text to increase student body population
- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and provide information about our educational programs
- Conduct admissions interviews and provide guidance to prospective students on program requirements and career opportunities
- Assist students with the application process, including reviewing applications and supporting documentation
- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, applications, and admissions decisions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth transition for admitted students
- Participate in recruitment events, such as college fairs and open houses, to promote our institution
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in educational policies to effectively educate prospective students

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Previous experience in admissions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of educational programs and career pathways
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other admissions software is a plus

Salary: $47,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
