The SDR will be responsible for initiating conversations, understanding client needs, and setting up qualified appointments for the sales team. Key Responsibilities
- **Engage with Leads**: Contact leads provided by the sales team through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- **Qualify Prospects**: Identify client needs, determine interest levels, and qualify leads for further engagement by the sales team.
- **Set Appointments**: Schedule meetings or calls for qualified prospects with the sales team, ensuring smooth handoffs.
- **Build Relationships**: Develop strong rapport with potential clients, delivering excellent customer service and positively representing First Class Realty.
- **Maintain CRM Records**: Accurately document and manage all interactions with leads in the CRM system, ensuring information is up-to-date and accessible to the sales team.
- **Collaborate with Sales Team**: Work closely with the sales manager and sales team to optimize lead conversion and improve outreach strategies.
- **Meet and Exceed Goals**: Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for lead conversion and appointments set.

Qualifications
- **Experience**: Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred; experience in real estate is an asset.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing leads and follow-ups.
