(Commission Based pay)
Duties:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the Operations manager to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Present product information and demonstrate the value of our solutions to clients
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to effectively position our products in the market
Skills:
- Fluent in Spanish (Optional)
- Proficient in Salesforce or other CRM software
- Strong business development and sales skills
- Experience in technology sales or a related field is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
