Job Description: Client Resource Center Agent

We are seeking dedicated Client Resource Center Agents to assist customers across various channels, including resolving inquiries, processing payments, managing orders, and addressing complaints.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and processing payments through multiple communication channels.
  • Conduct follow-up calls, sell products/services, and gather market research data.
  • Update and maintain customer databases, reporting recurring issues to management.
  • Essential qualifications for Client Resource Center Agents include a high school diploma, exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective time management abilities.
  • Required attributes include confidence, resilience, motivation, proactivity, ability to perform under pressure, and strong personal interaction skills, contributing to positive client experiences and job satisfaction.

Additional Responsibilities (Project Coordination):

  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members to address project-related inquiries and issues.
  • Coordinate and manage projects for diferent corporations from inception to completion, including scheduling, documentation, and site inspections.
  • Prepare project reports, maintain project data, and conduct research for project analysis.
  • Assist in creating bid packages, preparing estimates, and updating project documentation.
  • Generate accurate quotes and proposals adhering to company standards.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of quotations and proposals, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Support Sales Operations Team and engage in lead generation activities.
  • Coordinate internal team meetings to review proposal requirements and establish deadlines.
  • Maintain and update content library and templates for quotations and proposals.
  • Provide proposal intelligence to Business Development and Operations Managers.
  • Represent HMS in a professional and ethical manner in the marketplace.

Qualifications and Attributes:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively with a team.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and customer interaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.92 - $17.80 per hour
