Job Description: Client Resource Center Agent

We are seeking dedicated Client Resource Center Agents to assist customers across various channels, including resolving inquiries, processing payments, managing orders, and addressing complaints.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and processing payments through multiple communication channels.
Conduct follow-up calls, sell products/services, and gather market research data.
Update and maintain customer databases, reporting recurring issues to management.
Essential qualifications for Client Resource Center Agents include a high school diploma, exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective time management abilities.
Required attributes include confidence, resilience, motivation, proactivity, ability to perform under pressure, and strong personal interaction skills, contributing to positive client experiences and job satisfaction.

Additional Responsibilities (Project Coordination):

Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members to address project-related inquiries and issues.
Coordinate and manage projects for diferent corporations from inception to completion, including scheduling, documentation, and site inspections.
Prepare project reports, maintain project data, and conduct research for project analysis.
Assist in creating bid packages, preparing estimates, and updating project documentation.
Generate accurate quotes and proposals adhering to company standards.
Conduct thorough reviews of quotations and proposals, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Support Sales Operations Team and engage in lead generation activities.
Coordinate internal team meetings to review proposal requirements and establish deadlines.
Maintain and update content library and templates for quotations and proposals.
Provide proposal intelligence to Business Development and Operations Managers.
Represent HMS in a professional and ethical manner in the marketplace.

Pay: $14.92 - $17.80 per hour
