I-Tech Resources, Inc. is seeking a driven and goal-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on generating new business by proactively engaging with prospective clients to promote our staffing and recruitment services. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for lead generation, prospecting, and initiating client relationships. While interaction with existing clients will be limited to transferring calls to the appropriate person, this position primarily focuses on identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Lead Generation:
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and lead-generation methods.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and follow up on leads to set up meetings and sales opportunities.
- New Business Acquisition:
- Conduct initial outreach to prospective clients, introducing them to I-Tech Resources' services and capabilities in staffing and recruitment.
- Present and promote our staffing solutions to decision-makers, showcasing the value and benefits of partnering with I-Tech Resources.
- Sales Target Achievement:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas by securing new clients and successfully closing deals.
- Collaborate with management to strategize on approaches to target specific industries and regions.
- Market Research and Industry Knowledge:
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Stay informed about developments in the staffing and recruitment industry to position I-Tech Resources as a leading solution provider.
- CRM and Sales Reporting:
- Manage and update the company's CRM system with all sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline progress, and lead generation efforts.
- Limited Client Interaction:
- Handle incoming calls from existing clients, transferring them to the appropriate internal teams without engaging in direct service or sales activities for existing accounts.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably within the staffing, recruiting, or B2B services industries.
- Strong prospecting and lead generation skills, with a proactive and persistent approach to building new client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident and persuasive sales approach.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage a high volume of outbound sales activities.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in staffing and recruiting or selling professional services.
- Familiarity with job boards, ATS systems, or other recruitment-related tools.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
