Job Overview:
The Customer Relationship Representative is responsible for supporting and maintaining relationships with key accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- The customer relationship representative will not only solve customer requests but will proactively offer ideas and insights to improve the customer's issues and challenges.
- The customer relationship representative will advise sales representative and/or sales manager of customer issues or complaints.
- Represent the company at delivery site to ensure delivery is accurate and consistent with customer order and expectations.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis while attending the ship.
- Identifies development potential within current customer accounts by identifying and evaluating additional needs and analyzing opportunities.
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Contributes information to sales strategies by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled; monitoring competitive products; analyzing and relaying customer reactions
- Developing existing clients by generating new business opportunities, offering additional items (i.e. phone cards)
- Addresses customer questions, concerns and issues timely and appropriately, and escalates client concerns to proper internal personnel, as appropriate.
- Ensures timely contact with customers
- Consistently displays integrity, responsibility, accountability, teamwork and ethics.
- Performs assigned job duties and responsibilities in accordance with company policies, procedures and standard practices.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
