Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Account Executive to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, eager to learn, and looking to start their career in the telecommunications industry. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and target potential business clients through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Client Engagement: Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present our telecommunications solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our products and services.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to effectively position our offerings.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Previous sales experience or internships in sales, customer service, or related roles is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and develop in a sales career.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
