The Technical Implementations Mgr supports Treasury Sales Officers, Implementations Advisors and Treasury Services Specialists with the on-boarding of new large complex Treasury Services products. The individual must have a broad and in-depth knowledge of the various payment, collection , and reporting services as well as data transmission protocols and data integration use cases including APIs. You will consult with clients, gather requirements and explain product options and features that provide clients with the best solution to meet their needs. This individual will be the primary contact for all technical aspects associated with the implementation of these services and therefore must be the client advocate into those product teams. The value this individual brings to the team and to the organization is the ability to build trust and confidence with clients and ensure the bank effectively delivers an excellent client experience during these technically complex implementations.

Responsible for acting as the primary interface with the client to establish all connectivity between organizations. Organizes all internal and external project related activities to ensure a timely and smooth client implementation process. Experienced senior professional and mid-level contributor will have direct oversight of all Implementation Analysts for both simple and complex product set-ups.

Required Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Treasury Payments, Collection and Information Reporting products with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
  • Strong analytical problem solving and organizational skills to work with clients and internal partners to deliver clear requirements.
  • Strong communication skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
  • Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintain the “big picture” view.
  • Knowledge of data transmissions and connectivity such as HTTPS, FTP/SSL, SFTP, AS2, SWIFT
  • Knowledge of industry standard file formats such as NACHA, EDI, XML
  • The ability to read, understand, and explain a file specification and requirement documents.
  • The ability to visually inspect a data file against its specification document to ensure accurate formatting.
Desired skills
  • Client implementation experience with Treasury Products is highly desired.
  • Prior experience managing technology projects.
  • Prior experience as a software developer, business analyst or product manager.
  • The desired candidate will have 10+ year banking experience or similar client facing role.
  • Strong time management skills with a keen sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize workload
  • Detail oriented with proven organizational skills and able to work well during time-sensitive situations
  • Superior change management skills and ability to work at a consistently changing pace
  • Strong work ethic with pride in ownership of taking assigned tasks to completion
  • Client service oriented with a high level of professional and personal integrity.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple/changing priorities with tact, diplomacy and confidentiality
  • Perform effectively, efficiently, and professionally within a team, with business partners, colleagues, and all levels of staff and management.
  • Experience working within FIS data management applications as related to TS product onboarding preferred
  • Seeks process improvements and generates new ideas to streamline processes/transactions
  • Complex problem resolution skills with the ability to draw the correct conclusions preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
