At Drive Social Media, our Inside Sales Representatives are the backbone of our lead management process. You’ll play a pivotal role in nurturing leads, prospecting new opportunities, and supporting our top-performing sales team. With hands-on training and potential for growth, this entry-level role provides a perfect launchpad for driven individuals looking to excel in the marketing and advertising space.

Your Role as an Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll:

  • Manage inbound leads generated through Facebook ads and website lead forms, qualifying them by gathering key business insights.
  • Book meetings for our Sales Directors, ensuring they’re set up for success with qualified prospects.
  • Prospect and cold call into national markets to identify 25 new opportunities each week, supporting our office expansion strategy.
  • 50% nurturing warm leads, booking meetings, and managing the inbound pipeline.
  • 50% prospecting and cold calling into new markets for growth opportunities.
  • Maintain strong organizational skills to manage round-robin scheduling and team calendars efficiently.
  • Monitor Facebook ad campaigns to ensure consistent lead generation.

We’re seeking driven, tech-savvy individuals ready to grow and learn in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Understanding of marketing ads and lead generation strategies.
  • Experience with a technical sales process.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • A self-starter attitude with resilience and a willingness to cold call.
  • St. Louis, MO preferred, but remote candidates with strong qualifications will be considered.
