Role Description:

We are re-opening our hiring round and seeking three motivated Outbound Customer Development Representatives (OCDRs) to join our team on a full-time, commission-only basis. The successful candidates will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments with homeowners interested in our solar programs, and guiding them through the initial stages of our sales process. As an OCDR, you will work closely with our Energy Specialists to schedule appointments and follow up with leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and set appointments with homeowners interested in our solar programs through door-to-door canvassing and some phone-based lead generation.
  • Guide homeowners in obtaining their annual kW usage from their utility provider.
  • Utilize our CRM to track appointments and communication with leads.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and building a strong reputation for Lessar Energy.
  • Meet and exceed established lead-generation targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment.
  • Prior experience in sales, canvassing, or lead generation is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with energy-saving solutions and technologies, specifically solar energy, is a plus.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.

Compensation:

This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential. Pay: $3,198.71 - $10,000.00 per month
