Job Overview:

Ontario's leading fire and home safety is looking for 10-20 responsible, enthusiastic sales representatives. Our organization has seen tremendous growth in the three years with over 10 new dealerships across Canada. If you are a highly motivated, results driven, ambitious person who thrives in a team atmosphere, you may be the candidate we are looking for!

The successful candidate must possess a strong work ethic and have the ability to devote the time and energy to start this new opportunity. We offer free training, generous commission and bonus structure, and excellent working conditions. Candidates must be available 3 evenings per week and Saturday morning/day. Aprox.12 hours per week.

As a Sales Representative you are responsible for:

*Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
*Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
*Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
*Meet and exceed sales targets*Developing and closing new business
*Managing a successful calendar of prospect-facing sales meetings
*Generating leads and referrals
*Negotiating and closing business lead
*Meeting and exceeding sales quota goals

Requirements:

* Proven experience in retail sales or customer service

*Fluent in English, Bilingual proficiency is a plus

*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
*Proficiency in basic math for calculating discounts, percentages, etc.
*Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
*Familiarity with phone etiquette for customer inquiries

Sales experience is an asset but is NOT required. A reliable vehicle is mandatory. Our company is 50 years young. A valid Driver License and personal vehicle are a requirement of this position.
