Job Description

As a Territory Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging prospective customers in your designated territory, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Identify and target potential customers within the assigned territory.
    • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
    • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other proactive methods.
  • Sales Presentations:
    • Present our products/services to potential customers, showcasing their benefits and addressing any concerns.
    • Customize sales presentations based on the specific needs and requirements of each prospect.
  • Relationship Building:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, providing solutions and support to meet customer needs.
    • Regularly follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional opportunities.
  • Sales Targets:
    • Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Market Intelligence:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
    • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on customer preferences and market demands.
  • Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions.
    • Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.

QUALIFICATIONS


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in field sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of [industry] and relevant products/services is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
