In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base through effective territory management and direct sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for building relationships with clients in a B2B environment. This position requires an individual who is comfortable with outside sales and is adept at utilizing sales management software to track progress and manage leads.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve territory sales goals.
- Manage existing client relationships while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using sales software.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
Experience
- Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Strong background in territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Familiarity with sales management software and CRM systems is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire for continuous improvement in sales techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $68,189.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 per week
Compensation Package:
- Commission pay
- Monthly bonus
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
