Job Description
The customer service associate provides friendly, courteous and efficient service to ensure that clients' needs are being met. The customer service associate will be interacting with customers frequently, using her/his skills to helps with sales, create a pleasant and clean environment, and make sure clients and customers enjoy their experience.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoysworking in collaboration with different areaswithin the company like purchasing, production and inventory to track and ensure product availability and customer support.
- Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
- Services existing account, obtains orders and establishes new account by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules and merchandising techniques.
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolves customer complains by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
