Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative who will be responsible for driving sales revenue and meeting established quotas. This individual will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. Additionally, this position offers a unique opportunity for career advancement, as the successful candidate will receive training to transition into a Sales Manager role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas through proactive sales efforts, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Build Client Relationships: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, including tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM software, and providing regular updates to management.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training programs designed to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and leadership abilities in preparation for assuming a sales management role.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and project management, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and delivery of exceptional customer service.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and analysis to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in Construction sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Monday CRM software, Knowify Construction software, Google Calendar and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
  • Leadership potential and a desire to grow into a sales management role.

Benefits:

  • We provide a competitive salary starting at $60,000-$80,000, which can increase to $75,000-$150,000 upon promotion to manager. You'll also enjoy a tiered profit-sharing structure.
