The Budd Group, a leading facilities services company with over 60 years of tradition in hard work, integrity, and excellent customer service, is on the lookout for an ambitious Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth of our Nashville market! If you're a motivated and organized professional with a proven track record in B2B sales within a service industry, we want to talk to you!

Responsibilities:
  • Market janitorial services to commercial businesses in the Nashville and surrounding area.
  • Proactively prospect and develop new customers.
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to identify customer needs and create compelling value propositions.
  • Generate complex proposals, presentations, and pricing structures.
  • Manage sales activity and scheduling through Salesforce.com.
  • Participate in trade shows, corporate events, networking activities, and related events.
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven successful B2B sales experience with a demonstrated ability to close.
  • Track record meeting or exceeding annual quotas for at least 5 years.
  • Service industry sales experience and knowledge.
  • Exceptional prospecting, networking, and marketing skills.
  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check and drug test.
