Job Description

Overview: We're seeking a detail-oriented achiever to lead our Solar Energy Billing and Analysis desk. Your mission will be to analyze electricity usage from apartment bills to determine applicability for our Tenant Power Xchange™ and generate comprehensive solar energy statements for tenants and proposals for interested clients. This role requires a self-starter/problem solver, with meticulous eye for detail. Ability to create and work Excel spreadsheets is a must. Additionally, we are looking for someone who can convert our billing process through software design and implementation, streamlining the current workflow with the use of innovative software solutions. Familiarity with Energy Toolbase, Scanifly, and Aurora is helpful but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Examine and interpret electricity usage data from apartment bills.
Produce accurate solar energy statements for tenants, reflecting their usage and savings.
Collaborate with property managers and tenants to ensure transparent communication of solar energy benefits.
Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve energy efficiency.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills to explain technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
