*Must have at least 2 years experience in a management position (understanding of sales/operations, inventory, scheduling, coaching/ development, Scratch kitchen /BOH experience a PLUS!)
ABOUT US: Hattie B’s HOT Chicken is a family-owned restaurant group based in Nashville, TN. We serve Nashville hot chicken with homemade Southern sides and loving hospitality. We currently have locations in Nashville, Memphis, Birmingham, Atlanta, Dallas, Austin and Las Vegas. There’s plenty more coming too, and will a lot of opportunities for growth and advancement for our employees. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our management teams are on the floor serving guests, expo'ing to ensure quality and timeliness of product, and overseeing all logistics of scheduling, ordering and coaching up our team. You’ll need to lead by example, inspiring staff to connect, smile and hustle in service of all our super excited hot chicken seekers. You can expect to work 45-50 hours a week and share in the open, mid-shift, or closing responsibilities with other managers.
Starting Pay: $50k- $65k (dependent on exp/ references ) + Bonus + Benefits.
BENEFITS:
* All salaried managers are eligible for a quarterly bonus. (And yes, our teams actually see them!) --> AM's= eligible for 10% of salary for bonus.
*Managers receive 15 days of Personal Time after 90 days and 20 days PTO on their 5-year anniversary.

* We pay 50% of the health insurance premiums for you and your family.
*Eligibility to enroll in our 401k retirement plan with matching up to 4% of annual salary.
