Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Consultant to join our dynamic customer support & sales team. The Inside Sales Consultant will be responsible for proactively engaging with warm prospects through outbound calls, text, and emails, as well as handling inbound inquiries from existing customers. The ideal candidate will consult and close deals to warm customer leads.
Job Duties
- Outbound Sales: Conduct outbound calls to warm prospects with the goal of closing our services and products that the customer has already been educated on. Identify customer needs to present appropriate solutions. Follow up on leads generated from sales campaigns and convert them into sales. Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and systematically work to close sales.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Act as a liaison between customers and other departments to ensure a seamless sales experience. Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, including call metrics, conversion rates, and revenue generated. Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions, manage leads, and track sales progress. Provide feedback opportunity quality and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an inside sales or similar role, preferably within home services or home improvement industry. B2C inside sales experience will also be considered.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly via phone.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: expected $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year minimum
