Sales Representative

Salary Range: Pay-Per-Performance (Commission)

Seasonal, Part and Full Time (Avril-October)

Are you looking for an opportunity to take an exciting role on the ground floor of a company poised for growth?

We are a lawn care and pest control company focusing on environmentally friendly practices and high customer service. Eagle Yard has operated successfully in Quebec as VertDure for over thirty-six years and is entering the Ontario market for the first time this season.

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our team and help us deliver outstanding service levels in our growing territories. The sales representative meets with future customers to sell a lawn care service agreement tailored to their needs. Our telemarketing team takes care of providing appointments for our representatives.

Who You Are:

- You are passionate about selling.

- You are committed and on time!

- You possess a valid G license and a vehicle.

- You are agile and adaptable and can understand the challenges of a growing business.

- You have excellent communication skills.

- Do You have experience? An asset!

The Role:

- Early starts and long days in peak season.

- Drive at the designated route and territories and sell our different packages.

- Make use of proprietary software to log clients' services.

- Maintain a healthy and collaborative attitude, adhering to company values.

- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed while driving and during customer interactions.
