Basic Responsibilities
- Consulting with customers about tire and wheel products and assisting with product selection.
- Provide accurate pricing details to customers, prepare quotes, and negotiate prices as required.
- Receiving and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy of pricing, quantities, and selections.
- Tracking shipments and updating customers on the status of their orders, addressing any concerns, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Coordinating with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Collaborating with the sales team to provide support in generating leads, following up on potential sales opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships.
- Developing a deep understanding of the company’s tire and wheel product offerings, including specifications, features, and benefits.
- Staying updated on industry trends and competitors' products.

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of wheels & tires sales experience.
- Excellent time management, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Must have valid driver’s license.
