Position Overview:
As our Event Specialist Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in promoting our studio at local fairs, farmers' markets, and special events. You'll be the face of ReformYou, engaging with potential customers, showcasing our beautiful studio, and driving sales to meet or exceed targets.

Responsibilities:

Engage with potential customers at local events, providing information about our offerings and creating a memorable experience.
Actively pursue sales opportunities and meet or exceed sales targets.
Set up and break down event booths, ensuring a professional and inviting presentation.
Collect and manage customer information for follow-up and marketing purposes.
Collaborate with the owner to develop effective event strategies.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Collect social media content for appropriate outlets.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a face-to-face or event setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Outgoing and approachable personality with a passion for engaging with people.
A basic understanding of the Pilates fitness industry is a plus.
Reliable transportation to travel to various event locations.
