We’re looking for someone with high integrity, strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service. Established in 2017, Marx Mechanical is a family-run business managed by two brothers and a dedicated team. We provide high-quality HVAC replacement and repair services for residential homeowners and custom home projects.

We focus on value-driven customer experiences with high-quality workmanship. We don't cut corners and we stand behind everything that we do. We are looking for like minded people to join our growing team.

We're seeking an individual who has a passion for HVAC and has a strong instinct to assist people in need.

Daily Duties:

Follow up on leads in a timely manner and farm existing leads
Qualify and educate customers on the right HVAC solutions for them
Maintain a professional attitude and appearance
Conduct site visits and complete proposals according to company standards
Work with the sales manager and technicians to design and quote system solutions
Attend sales and marketing events
Provide consistent feedback to sales manager and team in order to improve offerings
Gets pricing for and order equipment
Offer our maintenance package at every opportunity
Conduct warranty registration for sold jobs
Conduct follow up calls post install, ensure customers are satisfied and ask for referrals and reviews

Qualifications:

Valid G driver's license with a clean abstract
G2 gas license and 313A or D refrigeration license is an asset
Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience
Great interpersonal skills and attention to detail
