Job Overview:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support our sales team of Sales Associates and Sales Manager at our pre-sale Sales Gallery. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the front desk operations, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and positive attitude
- Answer phone calls and inquiries promptly, providing accurate information and directing calls to the Sales Team
- Schedule appointments efficiently using Calendly and Google Calendar
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and maintain organized records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and sales gallery
Experience:
- Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred
- Familiarity with real estate operations is an advantage
- Proficiency in using Google Suite or similar software for administrative tasks
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
-Bonus if you worked in the real estate industry or are pursuing your real estate license
-Secondary language skills an asset
