The Jim Pattison Collision and Glass has a new opportunity for an Collision and Glass Service Assistant to join our team!Overview:
Reporting to the Fixed Operations Manager, you will act as the body shop's front-line customer relations and service sales representative. The Customer Service Representative's primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer experience while providing all components of administrative support to the repair facility team. CSR plays a pivotal role in the success of the customer’s experience by ensuring they are working in alignment with all team members.
What we value:
- At least a year of automotive industry body shop or service experience.
- Forward-facing customer service experience or sales experience.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good organization skills.
- Ability to multi task, follow through on commitments
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience with DMS software such as Mitchell Connect and CDK is an asset.
- Driver’s license in good standing and clean driver’s abstract required.
- Keeping up-to-date on the technical bulletins and procedures.
Attend Collision shop meetings, participate in meetings
