This is a temp-to-hire position. Permanent employment will be offered to candidates that meet specific sales goals.
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Business to Business (B2B) Sales Representative to join our team on a contract basis. This role is integral to our mission of expanding our client base and enhancing the reach of our HR consulting services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential business clients within the small to mid-sized business sector.
- Conduct cold calls and utilize networking strategies to generate new sales leads.
- Present and sell The Unit Consulting’s range of HR services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Attend networking events, seminars, and other business gatherings to promote our services.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities to deliver greater value to our clients.
- Coordinate with the management team to enhance sales materials and performance.
Compensation:
- During the contract/temporary phase of this position, compensation is 100% commission-based, offering a lucrative opportunity for high earning potential.
- Permanent positions will earn an hourly base plus commission.
- Ideal for individuals looking to supplement their income or those committed to earning a substantial income on their own schedule.
Qualifications:
- Proven B2B sales experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to self-motivate and work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Additional Preferences:
- Bilingual abilities are highly preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus.
