We are looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to join our small, dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build relationships, close sales, and contribute to our mission of providing excellent insurance solutions to our clients. Compensation includes a subsidy of $35,000 per year until a greater production commission tier is reached (1st tier - 45% on all new and renewal business), with the potential to increase commission splits based on production tiers. High performers can earn up to 100% commission, making this a rewarding opportunity for self-starters.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and address needs
  • Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Generate referrals and network to expand client base
  • Foster long-term client retention and satisfaction

Requirements
  • Active insurance license with some sales experience (insurance or other industries)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer software
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and independently
  • Team player with a self-starter mindset and goal-oriented attitude
  • Strong professional phone and office etiquette

Country Harbor Agency was created when two career industry professionals came together after a couple years of planning to develop an Agency aimed at providing the Commercial Agriculture, Farm, and Agriculture related industries with a robust line of products to help meet their insurance needs. The Agency then expanded its reach into other industries and now serves a large mix of Agriculture, Commercial Business, and Personal Lines insureds.
