Job Description

Environmental Operations, Inc. (EOI) is a full service environmental, health and safety consulting/contracting firm looking to expand our sales opportunities in the Industrial Sector. EOI has an outstanding business philosophy where we seek to align our goals with our candidates’ goals.

EOI is seeking a full-time, highly motivated, and ambitious Sales Associate that will support our consulting and contracting services by identifying and selling sales opportunities to industrial clients. The primary functions of this role will be to:

· Identify potential industrial clients.

· Reach out to potential industrial clients to establish sales meetings/cold calling.

· Inform potential industrial clients of EOI's consulting and contracting services.

· Bring in the appropriate technical resources to help sell and obtain work once the opportunity is identified.

· Schedule and attend sales meetings with technical representatives.

· Assist with development and issuance of proposals.

· Conduct Proposal follow up.

· Build and Maintain client relationships where warranted.

· Assist with Social Media Content Production and Posting.

Potential services to be marketed may include but not limited to

· Environmental Compliance services (i.e. air, water, waste permitting and plans)

· Industrial Hygiene Services (i.e. air monitoring)

· Environmental subsurface investigation and remediation

· Mold, lead and asbestos abatement

· Waste Disposal

· Contracting services (Cleaning, demolition, construction work etc.)

In order to fulfill these duties, the following skills are required:

· Recent graduate in a Sales/Marketing degree with some demonstrated sales experience

· Excellent people skills. Ability to coordinate with both client and technical staff.

· Willingness to learn environmental regulations and industrial facility operations.

· Ability to work collaboratively as a team to meet company sales goals.

· Ability to work independently when needed.

· Possess the mental fortitude and positive attitude for conducting “cold calls”.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

· Bachelor’s degree in sales or marketing or related experience.

· Ability to travel locally to various work sites in designated multi-state territory.

· Flexible work schedule subject to client needs.

· Proficient in technical writing and proposal generation, required.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
