As a Bilingual Customer Success Manager, you will be rolling up your sleeves to identify, onboard, engage, and retain a portfolio of member organizations.


What you’ll be doing:


  • Business Development: Identify, engage & close new potential member organizations that would benefit from offering the Perkopolis platform to employees.
  • Member Organization Onboarding: Lead a frictionless onboarding process for new member organizations, enabling them to offer the Perkopolis to their employees quickly & efficiently.
  • Retention & Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at member organizations to ensure retention and the continued promotion of Perkopolis to employees.
  • Proactive Account Management: Regularly check in with key contacts to assess satisfaction, identify potential challenges, and share best practices to increase employee registrations & utilization.
  • Reporting & Insights: Regularly track and report on member organization metrics. Leverage data on performance and improvement opportunities to increase member organization registrations & engagement.
  • Internal Collaboration: Act as the voice of the member organizations by collecting & sharing relevant feedback with key internal teams (eg. Marketing, Customer Service & Operations) at Perkopolis.

Qualifications & Skills:


  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar role
  • Fully bilingual in both English and French (verbal and written)
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage a large portfolio of customers
  • Excellent communication skills including experience presenting to clients at a variety of levels
  • Experience analyzing and presenting reporting and analytics
  • Excellent Microsoft Office or Google Suite Experience
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (eg. Hubspot)
  • Post-secondary University degree or College diploma in a relevant field
