Bilingual Sales Representative Needed to Grow Our Francophone Market

You’ll be working with one of Canada’s most respected call management service companies. We have a large client base that includes over thirty-five industry verticals.

Your responsibilities would include the following:
● Nurture sales of our i24 services to our francophone clientele using inbound, qualified leads and direct new sales solicitation.
● Cross and upsell additional services to existing customers to improve their service.
● Market research on competitors as well as existing and potential clients.
● Collaborate with the creation of sales and marketing materials.
● Act as a liaison between customers and employee touchpoints.
● Work with the Sales Director to resolve customer complaints by investigating issues, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
● Provide historical records by maintaining them on area and customer sales.
● Collaborate with our anglophone Sales Ninja to optimize sales strategies.

Compensation -

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
● You must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
● Have a CEGEP, DEC or Bachelor's degree.
● Have at least 3+ years of direct sales experience in the B2B market with demonstrated success in solution sales.
● Are proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and Content Management software (CMS).
● Hold excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
● Have demonstrated an aptitude for problem-solving, the ability to find solutions for customers (consultative sales approach).
● You’re results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
● Hold a valid Driver's License.
*Having Call Centre industry experience would enhance your candidacy.
